Hamilton Police Service Centre of Excellence: Best Practices Research Study, September 2007
The main objective of this particular research study was to set the foundation for a national centre of excellence for innovation in policing. The first step was to establish a database of best practices. Thus, this study represents a critically important examination of what new technologies, processes and methodologies exist for policing at the Hamilton Police Service.
