The 2010 - 2012 Business Plan “To Be the Best” sets out priorities for our Service for the period between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2012. It outlines our performance goals in four critical areas of success – public safety enforcement, community problem solving, resource management, and communication. Our priority areas for technology and facilities are outlined in separate plans.
As well, the 2010-2012 Business Plan has been translated into the following five languages: French, Chinese, Urdu, Spanish and Arabic.
