The Facilities Strategic Plan addresses the yearly operational facilities needs of the organization.  The purpose of the plan is to  ensure the organization is responsive to future growth and changes in the policing environment.  Aligned with our current Business Plan, emphasis is placed on providing safe, secure and environmentally-sound operations in a cost effective manner.  Annual status reports will be forthcoming to ensure key challenges and priorities are being achieved.
