Hamilton Police have issued an arrest warrant for Daniel Edgar Chin, 28 years. Chin is described as white, male, 5’9”, 174 lb, medium build, brown straight hair and brown eyes.

Investigators allege that Chin failed to disclose his HIV status with a sexual partner and is now believed to have withheld the information from an additional sexual partner.  He is wanted for the criminal charge of sexual assault.

Hamilton Police are requesting that any victims or witnesses contact them at 905-546-4962 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-522-TIPS.

The male is believed to be last seen in Toronto.
