We were downtown today and ran into two of your officers and horses – Trooper and Barron and I was telling them how much the streets have cleaned up lately since the horses have bee in effect. I moved out of downtown for it was not a place to raise a child. In November I moved back into the area (not too close tho :)). Drug activity has gone down, gangs etc. I live near Pearl Street and do see a lot of drunk activity. Hess Village could really use some attention. Also got picture cards from the officers. They were very friendly.
Anyways, I just wanna say you should keep this project. I’m not a criminal, never have been, but if I was and had a horse running at me, I might even think twice as well :).
