I recently attended an advanced mounted patrol school with two of your officers, Ed and Tom, in Midland Texas. These are two of the best people I have ever met in my life. These two men were always helpful to others and supportive of every member of the class. While at the school, Midland had two large fires and several families had to be evacuated from their homes. I watched as Ed and Tom took time to speak with several children about the horses and what they were used for. The kids' faces just lit up and these two officers turned a bad situation into a very positive experience that those children will probably never forget. These two men are a credit to your city and your country. They were great ambassadors for Canada. After spending a week with these fine men, I am glad to call them my friends.
