It is alleged that on January 4, 2008, AHMED-OSMAN entered a local variety store in an attempt to rob the cashier at knife-point. Another customer standing behind AHMED-OSMAN witnessing the incident, alerted police on his cell phone. AHMED-OSMAN then fled the store empty handed but was later arrested by police. AHMED-OSMAN was released on a Recognizance pending his trial to which he failed to appear.
