Patricia Paraszczuk Homicide

Shortly before midnight, on Wednesday march 3rd, 1982, the Hamilton Fire Department was dispatched to 944 Montclair Ave., Hamilton.
The 2 1/2 storey house was found ablaze.  The fire was quickly extinguished and the body of patricia Paraszczuk was found in the basement of the house.

The resulting investigation confirmed that Patricia Paraszczuk was the victim of a homicide.

At the time of her death, she was seperated from her husband.  the house on Montclair Ave. had recently been sold as a result of the marital split and Patricia was in the process of moving.

The last person to have spoken to Patricia was a friend by phone at approximately 8:50 p.m.  Her mother called her at 9:30 p.m. with no answer
Shortly before midnight she is found murdered with the house found on fire.
