Community Outreach Program for Public Complaints

In order to respond to your complaints and concerns, the Hamilton Police Service has developed a community outreach program which involves the use of community complaint facilitators from various partner agencies in the community.  To access the complaint process through a facilitator or to obtain information about the public complaint process, simply contact one of our partner agencies listed below and arrangements will be made to put you in contact with a trained facilitator.  All complaints will be forwarded to the Professional Standards Branch of Hamilton Police.
