Division Three Strategic Objectives
Each division sets strategic objectives for the year based on our current Hamilton Police Service Business Plan. These divisional objectives support the overall strategic directions of the police service and form a basis for the annual performance goals set by individual officers. Through this process each area and individual in the organization is responsible for contributing to our strategic directions, and accomplishing our vision of ‘Excellence in Policing’.
