Speedwatch – in response to public safety concerns volunteers are trained to operate speed display signs and then follow up with warning letters to speed violators

Outreach Programs – volunteers will visit area school and teach the proper use of 911 in an age appropriate manner. They also will assist at National Night Out events as well as providing information at libraries and YWCAs

Citizen Reports – volunteers help assist the public with documenting minor offences where the suspect is unknown

Child Safety Seat Inspections – trained staff at each centre can provide inspections to ensure the proper installation and use of the car seat

Earn-a-Bike Program – initiated by a CPC volunteer, this partnership with Tim Hortons enables young children to earn a bike of their own by completing 30 hours of community service work

Child Find Fingerprinting – volunteers are trained in the proper method of taking fingerprints and provide booklets to the parents or legal guardians
