Once you have completed and passed Steps 1 and 2, you're ready to submit your application to the Hamilton Police Service. Your application package should consist of the following six items:
· A one-page cover letter telling us about yourself
· A completed application form Application.pdf
· A signed waiver Waiver Form.pdf. Ensure your name is printed on the form and the waiver is signed.
· A resumé that details your formal education, work experience, volunteer work and community involvement, and any ongoing efforts to improve and educate yourself
· A photocopy of your valid Certificate of Results
· (optional) Self-Identification Survey
What happens to my application?
Due to the increased volume of applications, we will endeavor to respond to your application within 4-8 weeks. Acceptance of your application will be based on accuracy, spelling and grammar, as well as your ability to meet our Service’s local needs.
