Local Focus Interview (Verbal) - Written Psychological Questionnaires
The Local Focus interview is the first of two interviews. This is a one-on-one interview with a Recruiter and takes typically one hour. Candidates, who successfully complete the LFI Interview, will be asked to stay and complete two written psychological questionnaires.
