Step 6   - Local Focus Interview - Written Composition component
Step 7   - Developmental Competency Interview
Step 8   - Local Focus Interview - Part 2
Step 9   - Essential Competency Interview
Step 10   - Psychological Assessment
Step 11 - Background Check
Step 12 - Medical Examination
