Media Relations

The Hamilton Police Service’s Media Relations Officer acts as a primary liaison between the police service and the media.  The media officer’s primary role is to review, correlate and disseminate newsworthy information to the media. Daily, briefings are held with representatives from area media outlet representatives.  News releases are also posted on our website.

The Media Relations Officer also acts as the primary liaison with area school boards for school alerts.
