Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

Thank you, thank you , thank you.  I have always believed that foot, bicycle and horseback patrols are much better than cruisers when policing streets.  A strong and visible police force does wonders to combat illegal activities by making its presence known to the criminals; it also does wonders for a vibrant downtown by making its presence know to the citizens who should fee safe in their city.

Also, I would love to see foot patrols in our park (Gage Park).
